We provide open-ended individual psychotherapy to current and former foster youth, free of charge.
Student-run mental health awareness, education, and advocacy group on campuses nationwide, the nonprofit organization works to increase students' awareness of mental health issues, provide information and resources regarding mental health and mental illness, encourage students to seek help as soon as it is needed, and serve as liaison between students and the mental health community.
Provides intensive, individualized life skills help to youth age 16-21 to help you prepare for living on your own as a young adult. The William J. Wolfe Scholarship Fund awards scholarships to talented, motivated individuals who have received services through the Key Program, Inc. (Key), Key’s Children’s Charter Division or a MA State youth-serving Agency (Dept. of Children & Families or Dept. of Youth Services). The Fund honors Key’s founder, William J. Wolfe, who maintains a life long commitment to social, educational, health, and human services. Scholarship candidates must have a demonstrated social commitment and wish to pursue an educational or vocational certificate/degree beyond high school.

The Autism Speaks 100 Day Kit is a tool designed to help assist families of children recently diagnosed with autism during the critical period following an autism diagnosis. The kit includes basic information about autism and its symptoms, tips for dealing with a child's diagnosis, information about therapies and treatments, forms to help parents get organized, a comprehensive list of resources and more.
The 100 Day Kit was released in 2008 and a second version was released in 2011. It was created by the Autism Speaks Family Services staff in conjunction with both a professional and parent advisory committee and the Family Services Committee.

We offer monthly child care trainings. All trainings are free to any member provider who belongs to our system, including CDA certificate training. We provide a full child care curriculum which is offered in a convenient weekly format, for providers who like to customize their curriculum. Our full curriculum is also free to all of our family child care providers. Also, we are introducing a new on-line pilot program of newly developed child care products in January which will be advantageous to all Bethel Child Care providers and it will be FREE.

Camp Starfish provides a 1:1 staff-to-camper ratio at all times to enable success, build social skills, teach coping mechanisms, and help children who have difficulty finding success in traditional settings. We are a one-of-a-kind summer camp, year-round support and advocate for children and families. Scholarship Opportunity for Casey Family Services foster. Between the ages of 16 and 49 and you're thinking about, starting, or currently attending college or university in pursuit of a certificate, associate's, bachelor's, or master's degree, or a professional degree including law or medicine but not a Ph.D. Up to $10,000 in total over the course of your education, to be utilized within 10 years of your application date funds may be used for tuition or other expenses directly related to educational pursuits for example, required books, student activity fees, registration fees, dormitory room and board, or living expenses while enrolled as a student.
This program is designed for young adults ages 16-22 who live with disabilities. The goal is to offer interns their first summer job, supplemented with job-readiness workshops and one-on-one Skills Training and Peer Counseling. The workshops that are offered cover areas such as resume writing, interviewing skills, work place etiquette, time & stress management, self-advocacy & disclosure as well as interpersonal communication.
Lawyers in CPCS’s Children and Family Law Division (CAFL) represent children and parents in cases in which the Department of Children and Families (DCF) removes children from their homes because of claims of neglect or abuse. CAFL also provides lawyers to children and parents in child requiring assistance (CRA) cases and some private guardianship cases.
Parenting Education and Support Programs help parents with young children enhance the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to be the best parents they can be. Group-based series are led by trained professionals and provide opportunities for parents to learn new skills, connect with peers, and receive information and resources.
Groups are accessible and held in child-friendly spaces, such as elementary schools and childcare centers.

The number of foster care scholarships continues to grow, and the early part of the century saw several states codify new assistance and tuition waiver programs for foster kids and adoptees.
Public and private scholarships originate at the state and federal levels, providing access to college for former foster children. Each program employs unique application protocols, so specifics are best handled by individual program administrators and campus financial aid offices.
