Yoga Meetup

Current and/or former foster youth and allies, join us for yoga to nurture your mind and body!

MassNFCA will host a 30 min watch session through our zoom channel of "Yoga with Adrienne" followed by 10 -15 minutes to check in and reflect about the time of day and type of yoga practiced by this group. Attendees will have the opportunity to shape the future of this meetup. All ages and all levels welcome
