Virtual wellness workshop for current and/or former foster youth age 16+.

Allies are welcome if attending with current/former foster youth!

Participants will receive a kit of personalized materials delivered to their door!

Create, talk, and connect with intergenerational group of people who have had similar experiences.

$100 Amazon gift card raffle for current/former foster youth who attend.

About this workshop:

• Participate in a creative activity through mixed-media collage
• Express your experiences, opinions, and perspectives on the people and things that have supported you most over time
• Think about the person you've been in the past. Who you are now? What do you value most for the future?
• Hear from others about what it's been like to navigate loss, change, and transition and acknowledge the strengths that comes from living these experiences

• No experience necessary! Bring your own unique style!

Join this interactive workshop led by the Children's Room (TRC) which is a non-profit organization located in MA. Throughout this FREE event, TCR staff and participants will have the opportunity to talk, laugh, and get to know one another better.
