Who should join MassNFCA?

You are a 'current and or former foster youth' if you said YES to the following questions:

  1. Were you in 'foster care' in ANY sovereign nation, state, territory or country in the world for ANY period of time?
  2. Did you experience any of the following - foster homes, group care settings, kinship care (AKA raised by a family member) ---- adoption, guardianship or reunification (AKA returning home after foster care) following your time in out of home placement, continuation with DCF after 18?
  3. Do you currently live and/or work in Massachusetts?
